Ar. Srilata Ramkumar is a multi-tasking leader with 29 years of qualitative experience in architectural design services and interior design. She has hands-on experience in airport terminal design, as well as in designing a variety of buildings such as Airport Terminal Buildings, Airport Interior Finishes, multi-rise buildings, metro stations, residential complexes, commercial complexes, office complexes, school buildings, institutional buildings, hotels, hospitals, and multi-faith centres including churches, temples, and mosques.
Her extensive experience includes airport terminal planning and expansion works for both Greenfield and Brownfield airports. She possesses the knowledge to identify and analyze bottlenecks in airport terminals based on peak numbers, traffic forecasts, and capacity studies. This enables her to provide suitable, cost-effective, sustainable design solutions for all passenger touchpoints in terminal processing areas, including entry gates, check-in counters, screening areas, boarding gates, retail areas, washrooms, and seating, ultimately enhancing terminal capacity and passenger experience for both new and existing airport terminals. Ar. Srilata led her team in capacity enhancements for IGI T3, T2, and T1, showcasing her expertise in terminal interior design and creating concepts that focus on passenger delight.
In addition, she holds a holistic experience in aerodrome design and airside facilities. Her involvement in the design review of metro stations, bus terminals, and railway stations encompasses aspects such as codes and compliance, finishing materials, costing sheets, and as-built drawings. Ar. Srilata meticulously monitors levels of service (LOS) assessments, peak demand, spatial arrangements, and passenger flows.

Ar. Vyjayanti Ramkumar is a dynamic young architect with over 8 years of experience, holding a Master's in City Design from the Royal College of Art, London. As a qualified subject matter expert in aviation from various globally reputed institutes, she specializes in airport terminal design, airport capacity management, terminal simulation (CAST), and airport terminal design & planning (Cranfield University). She brings the latest trends to the table with fresh energy and fervor.
Leading the studio in architectural design services, she utilizes the latest technology in software and IT, managing BIM, REVIT, AUTOCAD, and other versions of drawings and models seamlessly from the concept design stage through the schematic drawings stage and further from the detailed design stage up to the tender stage. Her profound capabilities in handling the entire project through all the deliverables, including BOQs, specifications, and DBRs, involve thorough coordination with various disciplines of the project, such as structural engineering, MEPF, PHE, IT, sustainability, and more.
Passionately upgrading and equipping the team with new technologies like AR-VR, AI, and machine learning is a task she is involved in daily for all projects. With a renewed spirit for every project, she engages the entire team through various workshops, orientations, and training sessions to ensure timely deliverables to the client.
